通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血浆凝血及纤溶指标变化的影响

Effect of Tongxinluo capsule on serum D - polymer, Profibrinolysin and Antithrombin Ⅲ in treating acute ce- rebral infarction

目的 观察通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血浆D-D聚体、纤维蛋白溶酶原(PLG)、抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)含量的影响,以分析其作用机理。方法 将64例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组(通心络胶囊+常规药物治疗组)33例,对照组(常规药物对照组)31例。观察2组患者治疗前后D-D聚体、PLG、AT-Ⅲ含量的变化。结果 治疗组治疗后血浆AT-Ⅲ含量明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);D-D聚体、PLG含量明显降低,但与对照组间比较无统计学差异。结论 通心络胶囊可以提高急性脑梗死患者血浆AT-Ⅲ含量,起到抗凝和抑制血小板聚集作用,其增强纤溶系统活性等作用有待于进一步研究证实。

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on serum D - polymer, Profibrinolysin and Antithrombin HI in acute cerebral infarction so as to analyse the mechanism. Methods 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction cases were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases treated with Tongxinluo capsule and routine therapy) and control group (31 cases treated with routine therapy) . Observation were made on the changes of serum D - polymer,Profibrinolysin and Antithrombin Ⅲ before and after the treatment.Results Serum AT-Ⅲin the treatment group was higher than that in control group( P < 0.05). No differences was observed in D - polymer and Profibrinolysin changes.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can increase the serum AT- m level and is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction cases while the mechanism is to further studied.
