摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病患者左心室功能改变特点。方法 应用心阻抗血流图对30例2型糖尿病患者和30例正常人进行左室功能检测。结果 糖尿病患者左室射血前期(PEP)延长,射血期(LVET)无变化,PEP/LVET值增大。等容舒张期(A_2-0)延长,房缩波(A)增大,A/C值增大,心脏指数(CI)减低。相关分析表明CI与A_2-0、A、A/C呈显著负相关(r=-0.63,P<0.01;r=-0.52,P<0.01;r=-0.56,P<0.01),与PEP/LVET呈弱负相关(r=-0.34,P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能和收缩功能均存在异常,舒张功能受损较早、较重。
Objective To investigate the changes of left ventricular function in patients with diabetes melli-tus. Methods left ventricular function was measured by impedance cardiogram in 30 patients with diabetes mellitus and 30 normal persons.Results PEP.PEP/LVET, A2 - 0, A wave and A/C were found to be increased, but CI decreased in patients with diabetes mellitus. No changes were found in LVET and EF. CI correlated strongly to A2 - 0(r = -0.63, P <0.01),A(r= -0.52, P <0.01) ,A/C(r= -0.56, P < 0.01), but weakly to PEP/LVET(r= -0.34, P < 0.05) . Conclusion Abnormal left ventricular diastolic and systolic function is presented and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction is more severe in patients with diabetes mellitus.
