摘要
生活节奏加快,人才竞争日趋激烈,青少年的生理成熟提前,而心理成熟相对滞后,他们耐挫能力较弱,耐挫能力教育势在必行,针对这些情况,我从以下几个方面入手,收到了良好效果。1.帮助学生正视挫折,认识挫折的客观性。2.提供合理空间,了解挫折的差异性。3.培养学生受挫后的恢复力,把握挫折的能动性。
Talents competition becomes keener and keener, with life pace faster. Young students are becoming physically mature ahead of time while their psychological mature lags behind comparatively. Their abilities to endure frustrations are very weak. Therefore, it is urgent to educate young students how to endure frustrations. I tried to solve the problem in following aspects and got good effects:1.To help students face up to frustrations properly and realize their objective;2.To give students reasonable space and let them know the differences of frustrations;3.To develop students' reasonable abilities to recover from frustrations and grasp the activity of frustrations.
