高校后勤社会化的含义及我省改革现状

The Meaning of College Rear ServiceSocialization&Its Present Situationof Reform in Anhui Province

该文是作者参加安徽省高校后勤管理培训学习及参观的体会。文中阐述了后勤社会化改革是在坚持为教学、科研服务的基础上,按照企业化、产业化的要求管理学校后勤,并以中科大、合工大等高校的后勤改革为例说明了我省高校后勤改革的现状。

The paper is written after the author participated in Anhui college rear service management training class and visited several universities. It expounds that college rear service socialization, which is based on serving education &scientific research, must manage college rear service as an enterprise and an industry. It also illustrates the present situation of college real service in Anhui province by taking the reform of University of Science &Technology of China and Hefei Industry University for instance.
