Experience of taking care of 44 cases of patients with congenital heart disease after surgery

目的:探讨小儿先天性心脏病术后监护方法与处理措施。方法:通过对44例先心病人术后呼吸、循环及重要脏器功能的监护与处理的分析。结果:应积极预防和控制感染,纠正心功能不全及早使用血管活性药物及对症处理。结论:医护紧密合作,监护规则的完善,治疗水平的提高,可进一步提高先心病人的治愈率。

Objective To investigate the measures of monitor and nurse in Children congenital heart disease after surgery. Methods The respiration. Circulation and main function of organs were monitored in children congenital heart disease after surgery. Results The infection of patients should be prevented and controlled, the vasodilator should be given in the myocardial insufficiency promptly. Conclusion To elevate the cure rate of the congenital heart disease the workers were do worked closely by the doctors and nurses, the monitors and treatments should he better.
