小儿术前口服咪唑安定镇静作用探讨

Study on the sedation of oral midazolam taken by children before operation

目的:探讨小儿口服咪唑安定作为术前镇静药的可行性。方法:60例手术患儿,术前用药按口服使用咪唑安定和肌肉注射安定而随机分组对比分析。结果:口服咪唑安定易于接受,镇静作用佳,无明显副作用。两组给药前后心率(HR)及脉搏氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。患儿术后清醒与拔管时间无显著差异P>0.05)。结论:口服咪唑安定可作为术前镇静用药。

Objective To study the sedation of oral midazolam taken by children before operation. Methods Sixty children patients were randomly divided into two groups,one took oral midazolam while the other used diazepam. Result oral midazolam was easily accepted and resulted in well effect and had no side effects. Conclusion Taking oral midazolam can be used as the sedation before operation.
