599名健康体检者血清脂类分析

Analysis of serum lipid from 599normal persons

目的:探讨血脂与年龄及性别之间的关系,比较正常体检者各年龄段血脂含量与参考值水平。方法:通过对599例健康体检者血清脂类的分析并将结果进行统计处理。结果:不论男女TC、TG均与年龄呈正的相关关系(TC:r男=0.70,r女=0.86,TG:r男=0.89,r女=0.96),HDL-C随年龄变化小;20-50岁之间男性TC水平高于女性,50岁以后女性高于男性,同一年龄组TG水平男性均高于女性,女性HDL-C普遍高于男性;除了40-49岁男性外,50岁之前,男女TC、TG均小于参考值上限,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),HDL-C则普遍明显高于参考值上限(P<0.01)。结论:血脂测定与年龄及性别有相关关系,不同年龄阶段及性别应有不同的参考值范围。

Objective To investigate the serum lipid relation between men and women of differen t age and compare serum lipid in different decades with reference data.Methods Analysis of serum lipid from 599norm al persons and count the data.Result Regardless of men and women,TC and TG would rise with the increasing of age(TC:rm =0.70,rf =0.86,TG:rm =0.89,rf =0.96).HDL -c is of small variation with age;TC of 20-50y men higher than wom-en.after 50y women' s is higher,men' s TG is higher than women in same decad es .HDL -c of women is generally higher than men.Except 40-49y men before 50y,TC?TG of both men and women are smaller th an upper limit data ,the difference could be available in statistics(P <0.01).HDL -c is generally higher than upper limit data(P <0.01).Conclusion The relation of serumlipid between a ge and sex is considerable important ,and the reference data could be changeable in different decades of age and sex .
