免疫净化对难治性类风湿性关节炎治疗效果的观察

The effect of imnmnoablation in refractory rheumatoid arthritis

目的 观察免疫净化(单个核细胞清除/血浆置换)对难治性类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法 选取1999-2001年在我院住院的经正规治疗半年至一年以上未能缓解的类风湿性关节炎患者23例,比较免疫净化治疗前后类风湿性关节炎患者临床症状及血清免疫指标的变化。结果 经免疫净化治疗后74％(17/23)的患者临床症状明显改善。患者的类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白及血沉等指标均有不同程度的下降。结论 免疫净化疗法是缓解顽固性类风湿性关节炎病情的有效治疗方法,并可以作为正规用药的基础及辅助治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of immunoablation in refractory rheumatoid arthritis. Metheds Compare the changes of clinical signs and immunological parameters in patients with rheumatoid arthritis before and after treatment. Results The Ievels of immunoglobulin(Ig) , rheumatoid factor and ESR in serum were decreased after the treatment with immunoablation. Omclusions Immunoablation is an effective and basie treatment combined with regulary treatment in refractory rheumatoid arthritis.
