影响骨肉瘤化疗疗效因素的研究进展

Research progress in the effective factors influencing chemotherapy for osteosarcoma

摘要 骨肉瘤是临床上最常见的一种原发恶性骨肿瘤,好发于青少年,在应用化疗之前,预后极差,5年生存率不及20%.70年代以来随着辅助化疗和新辅助化疗概念的提出及临床应用,不仅将5年生存率提高至60%～70%,而且对80%以上的患者可以保存肢体,因此正规的化疗成为骨肉瘤治疗中不可缺少的重要驵成部分[1].随着各种化疗方案临床应用病例数的增加,及相关基础理论研究的不断深入,发现许多因素均影响骨肉瘤的化疗疗效.现就有关因素的研究进展作一综述.
