香港青衣市政大楼拉索屋盖系统的规划、设计与施工

摘要 青衣市政大楼是一幢将张拉结构成功应用于房屋屋盖系统中的标志性建筑,无论从其建筑外形还是结构风格来说都是独一无二的.当大多数结构工程师们的设计还停留在传统的屋盖形式时,本项目中的建筑师、结构师们已将这种拉索屋盖结构详尽地表达出来.拉索屋盖是香港地区将张拉结构系统应用于大跨屋盖的首例,它的建成和周围的居民区一起组成为一和谐的小区.本文主要介绍位于青衣中心的青衣市政大楼户内大厅的拉索屋盖结构的规划。 This landmark building evolves from developing the use of tension structures as roof elements, which becomes part of the design. The architectural form, articulated by the structures, creates a unique profile and sheltered public spaces. Whilst normally the work of the structural engineers is concealed in the traditional false ceiling and cladding system, the architects and engineers collaborate in this project to deliberately express the structural form of the tension roof structures. This cable-stayed system is the first of its kind in Hong Kong to carry the large span roof of a building. The canopies in steel, glass, and fabric spanning over public spaces, successfully compliment the overall concept. The completed complex supplements the nearby residential developments, which together form a very attractive local area to the public. This paper describes the planning, design and construction of the cable-stayed roof system over the indoor games hall of the Tsing Yi complex at Tsing Yi town centre, Area 2, Tsing Yi, New Territory, Hong Kong Special Administration Region.
