摘要
介绍了物流管理环节中信息控制显示的主要需求以及用单片机控制系统实现该需求的途径与方法。解决远距离、高亮度、大电流的大屏幕显示器的驱动与控制,以及单片机抗干扰设计等是该单片机控制系统的关键。其硬件由2部分组成:1)控制器(单片机系统部分);2)大屏幕显示器,硬件的强电和弱电2部分分开布局和设计,相互隔离,系统工作稳定、可靠。
The article introduces the main requirements of information control and display about materials transmission management process by using single chip Micyoco technology. The hardware and software were designed to drive and control the remote distance, high bright, large electric current display, and to avoid interference of the working system. The hardware of the system is consist of two parts: The controller and the big display. The large current and little current systems are distributed to allocation and isolate, so as to keep the single chip Micyoco subsystem work stably and reliably.
