谁来迎接外国跨国公司的挑战

摘要 在世界经济加速全球化的进程中,外国跨国公司已经大规模进入我国。跨国公司的到来对我国经济发展的影响是双重的,其负面的影响必须得到遏制。企业家的人格魅力以及我国对WTO义务、规则的履行所引致的环境变化共同决定了惟我国企业家才能担当迎接外国跨国公司挑战的重任。政策建议:让企业家进入我国政治、经济和社会发展的重要决策层;扩大企业家对企业剩余财富的索取权;引导青年人成为企业家或向企业家靠拢。 During the process of economic globalization, foreign transnational corporations are setting foot in China on a large scale. It exerts a both positive and negative influence in which the latter should be kept in check. At the same time, the personalities of the entrepreneur and the changing environment caused by the fulfillment of the duties of and regulations in WTO determines that it is the Chinese entrepreneurs who are to shoulder the responsibilities of meeting the challenged from the foreign transnational corporations. Thus comes the following advice: Chinese entrepreneurs should come into the decision-making circles; their personal gain from the surplus assets should be encouraged, and the promising youth should be encouraged to become professional entrepreneurs or direct them towards this goal.
