深圳企业规模发展现状与对策分析

Status and strategy analysis of Shenzhen enterprise scale

通过对深圳市目前企业规模特点及存在的问题分析研究,发现深圳虽已形成了一个以市场为导向,以大企业为主体的现代化工业企业规模结构,但与国内外先进水平和市场竞争要求相比,深圳的企业规模无论是在质上,还是量上都有很大的差距。因此,作者认为加入WT0以后,面对国外跨国公司的挑战,深圳必须认真贯彻“抓大放小”的方针,大力发展大型企业集团。

There is a enlarging and multinational trend of the scale of enterprise with the process of economics globalization. Nowadays, a market-oriented scale structure of modern industrial enterprise on the basis of large enterprises have formed. But comparing with those domestic or overseas advanced enterprises and the competing requirements of international market, Shenzhen enterprises have big differences on the scale, revenue, marketing competing ability and so on. Therefore, specially after China entering WTO, facing with the challenge of transnational coporations, Shenzhen must focus on developing large scale enterprise group.
