摘要 采用气相色谱法,测定了电石炉气中氢气(H_2)、一氧化碳(CO)、二氧化碳(CO_2)、甲烷(CH_4)、乙炔(C_2H_2)气体的含量。该方法的检测限为H_2≤8.5μmol/mol、CO≤2.8μmol/mol、CO_2≤15.2μmol/mol、CH_4≤0.22μmol/mol、C_2H_2≤0.53μmol/mol。方法简便、快速,并具有较好的准确度和精密度。 A method of the gas chromatographic determination for the gas contents of hydrogenium, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, and ethyme in the gas from the calcium carbide furnace is adopted. This determination is quantified by External Standard Method, with gas chromatograph equipped with thermal conductivity detector (TCD), flame ionization detector (FID) and nickel catalyst converter. The detection limits of this method are H_2≤8.5μmol/mol, CO≤2.8μmol/mol, CO_2≤15.2μmol/mol, CH_4≤0.22μmol/mol, C_2H_2≤0.53μmol/mol. this method is simple in operation, easy and quick in analysis, and has better accuracy and precision.
