摘要
本文对福州市售42种酱油中铅含量进行调查,合格率较高,达97.6％。烹调酱油的合格率为94.4％,餐桌酱油全部合格。
Investigate of plumbum contents in soy from Fuzhou city, Most of soy check out, the eligibility rate in 97.6%.The eligibility rate of cooking soy is 94.1%.All of the soy by eating measure up.
