本文介绍了一种简易、快捷的倒扣包埋方法,采用平板加热分离,方便有效,主要应用于包埋前免疫电镜方法中。

In this paper, we introduce one easy and rapid turnover embedding method by using flat heat and to strip embedding block on glass sheet. This method is easy and effective in the immunoelectron microscopy before embedding.
