在我国发展工程建设索赔工作是建筑业改革深入发展的必然结果,对健全市场机制、完善建筑市场,促进建筑业的发展具有重要意义。本文着重从建设方在施工管理过程中如何控制施工方的施工索赔,使反索赔成功,从而提高投资效益方面加以阐述。

In China the development claims in engineering construction beholds the inevitable result of the further development of architectural industry, which may be of importance to the improvement of market mechanism,perfection of construction market and the prosperity of the building industry.This thesis focuses on how a proprietor can control a claim or counter-claim for a contracted construction project in the course of engineering management so as to raise the invest- ment efficiency.
