国家已明确要求全面推进素质教育。要搞好全民族的素质教育,关键取决于“人类灵魂工程师”——光荣的人民教师的素质如何。教师素质是当前十分重要而又必须重点解决的问题。教师素质提高了,“科教兴国”战略才能真正落到实处。

China has more often than not placed greater emphasis on the quality education so as to achieve the ulti- mate goal of enabling the state to prosper by way of rapid development of science and technology.The core of the quality education depends heavily upon the soul engineers of the human being,teachers.The article probes into the neeessity and the methodology by which teacher's quality can be improved.
