矛盾律是重要的逻辑思维规律,本文通过分析矛盾律在法律活动中的作用、表现,以及在法律工作中违反矛盾律的错误特征,旨在阐明法律工作与逻辑思维规律的紧密联系,要做到“以事实为根据,以法律为准绳”,遵守矛盾律,保证法律思维的不矛盾性是正确适用法律、提高办案效率、保证办案质量的思维条件之一。

The principle of non-contradiction is one important law of logic thinking.This article is written to ex- plain the close contact between legal work and the principle of logic thinking through analyzing the function and appear- ance of the principle of non-contradiction and the characteristic of the error against the principle of non-contradiction in legal work.The principle of non-contradiction is one necessary factor for us to achieve the goal that is taking facts as the basis and the law as the criterion in legal work.
