摘要
执行程序作为维护法律至上尊严的最后屏障,已无力承载权利人更多冀望,尽快完善此一环节的规范体系,或已成为中国司法改革重要的无奈选择。
The enforcement procedure being regarded as the supreme preventive shield to defend the sanctity of law can hardly satisfy all the expectations desired by the obligees in spite of the fact that perfection of the enforcement proce- dure is an expedient remedy in the course of reforming China's administration of justice.
