摘要
近两百年来国际上刑事情报资料采集、贮存和运用得到相当程度的发展,尤其是在西方国家,刑事情报资料的运用在现代侦查中发挥了积极的作用,相比之下,目前我国刑事情报资料管理水平与世界发达国家有一定差距,亟待加强。
In the past two centuries,the management of criminal information has been greatly progressed.Especially in western countries,criminal information plays a very important role in modern investigation of crimes.Today,the man- agement of criminal information in China lags far behind and badly needs reform and development.
