Carrying Out the Theory of Three Represents,Deepening Judicial Reform and Realizing Impartiality in Justice

本文根据“三个代表”要求的理论,提出司法机关实现“三个代表”要求的具体目标是实现司法公正,途径则是深化司法改革,并论述了改革和完善独立审判制度、建立法官精英队伍、推行司法公开等主要问题。

The thesis puts forth under the theory of the Three Represents the viewpoint that the real goal of the judi- cial organization in the process of realizing the requirements of theory of the Three Represents is to realize the impartiality of justice through deepening reform in justice.The article also deals with some relevant important problems concerning how to institute an independent judicature,how to establish an elite judges collective as well as how to make the adminis- tration public.
