摘要
人才问题是关系到校办企业生存和发展的大问题。重视、培养和使用人才是发展校办企业不可忽视的重要问题。阐述了建筑企业作为一个劳动密集型产业、一个技术性很强的产业 ,必须具备一定知识的人才能进入市场。人才的来源 ,一是靠自己发现和培养 ,二是靠吸纳 ,三是靠合理使用 ,并就如何培养、吸纳。
Talent training, talent recruitment, and talent utilization are crucial to the survival and development of college-sponsored enterprises and are issues meriting attention. Construction enterprise is a labor compact and technique intense industry, which tends to be competitive only if it has certain number of specialized talents, being available by training, recruitment and utilization. This paper puts forward some measures for talent training, recruitment, and utilization.
