On Shaping the Personality of Undergraduates

发展大学生个性 ,是培养其创新能力的前提、实现创新教育的要求 ,我们根据现代教育的特点 ,从高校大学生的个性问题入手 ,分析了大学生个性现状及原因 ,提出了塑造大学生个性的必要措施以及应注意的问题 ,以利于更好地将其培养成为思想素质高、基础知识扎实、创新能力强。

The improvement of undergraduates' personality is the prerequisite to improve their innovative ability and the requirement of realizing innovative education. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of undergraduates' personality, this paper mainly discusses the causes and the status quo of it and puts forward some measures that college should adopt in the field of shaping undergraduates' personality. It contributes to the education of college student to be modern talented person with excellent quality of political thought, solid basic knowledge, great ability of creation and innovation and outstanding personality.
