介绍了德、法两国高校毕业生就业指导工作的主体内容 :1.重视新生入学前的咨询和指导 ;2 .帮助学生联系实习单位 ;3.为学生提供就业前互补性专业培训和综合能力培训的服务 ;4.搞好毕业前的咨询服务及就业信息服务 ;5 .在教学过程中帮助学生确定职业计划及目标。

This article introduces the main contents of employment assistance for graduates in German and French as follows: 1) Pay more attention to the consultancy and guidance of freshmen; 2) Assist students to contact practicing bases; 3)Provide the graduates with the complementary vocational training and integrated competence training; 4) Emphasis on the consultancy and employment information service; 5) Help students in making vocational plan and setting aims in the process of teaching and learning. It indicates that our country can benefit a lot from it.
