抓好学科建设 提高人才培养质量——环境与安全工程系发展与展望

Promote the Construction of Disciplines & Improve the Training of Qualified Personnel

论述了学科建设是大学办学的纲 ,抓好学科建设 ,一是要明确办学方向 ,二是要办出特色和水平 ,这是学校发展和提高人才培养质量的根本。并从以下三个方面阐述了环境与安全工程系的建设与发展 :1.基础、需求、发展是考虑学科建设的出发点 ;2 .学科梯队是学科建设的核心 ;3.人才质量是学科建设的落脚点。

Disciplinary construction is the general sketch of running higher colleges. It includes two parts: one is to specify the direction; the other is to cultivate unique features and achieve a higher level, which are the fundamental points of training qualified personnel. In this article, it illustrates the construction and development of Department of Environment and Secure Engineering as follows: 1) Foundation, demand and development are the starting points of disciplinary construction; 2) an orderly system of succession is the core; 3) the quality of people of talent is the fundamental point.
