用教育测量原理对教师教学质量评价研究

On Evaluating Teaching Quality with the Principles of Educational Measurement

本文采用教育测量方法研究中常用的显著性检验方法 ,通过对数学课程统考成绩的测量 ,对教师教学水平和教学质量评价的结果进行了检验分析 ,得到的分析结论证实了北方交通大学对教师教学水平和教学质量评价结果的正确性 ,并给出了提高课程教学质量的一些建设性意见。

This paper adopts the method of variance analysis to measure the results of the uniform examination for Grade 2001 students' college mathematics, and establishes a system to appraise the instructor's work and teaching quality. The final outcome of the evaluation manifests that the analysis and appraisal conducted are credible and scientific.
