摘要
网络型基础产业的拆分重组问题实际上是一个企业边界问题 ,网络型基础产业的拆分重组的各种不同模式在国际上都可以找到实践者。这些组织形式能够在不同国家运行下去 ,就说明这些企业组织形式有其存在的合理性。对此 ,经济学理论还没有提出一个理论框架来说明 ,本文试图在威廉姆森关于交易属性三重维度分析的基础上 ,通过提出网络型基础产业的交易属性的五重维度分析来解决这一问题 ,并以铁路为例进行实证分析。
The problem of reorganizing network infrastructure industries is in fact a problem about the boundary of the firm. There are various models of reorganization in the infrastructure industries. The facts that these models are viable in different countries, means that there are some rationality in these models. Up to this point, the economic theories have not produced a theoretical framework for explaining these facts. This paper tries to solve this problem through the five dimensions analysis for characterizing transactions in network infrastructure industries, based on the three dimensions analysis for describing transactions by Williamson. And goes further into a positive analysis on the case of railway.
