物流学学科发展、物流教育和物流实践的发展 ,都需要明确的物流学学科体系作为指导。物流学是社会科学和自然科学之间的交叉学科 ,也是管理科学和工程技术科学之间的交叉学科。物流学学科可以进一步划分为物流管理、物流工程、物流经济三个子学科 ,每个子学科都有其特定的研究对象、研究目标、研究方法等。

The definite M.F. subject system is needed as the development of M.F. discipline, education and practice. The M.F. is the intersect discipline of social science and natural science, as well as the management science and engineering technique. The M.F. management, M.F. engineering and M.F. economics can be considered as the branches of M.F.. And each of them has the unique research object, research aim and researh method itself.
