On the Methodological Principles in the Study of Distribution Issues

关于分配问题学术界讨论较多 ,有些观点也比较混乱。在理论上明确一些方法论原则———把分配方式本身与它的具体实现形式区分开来 ,把事物本身的性质同它的历史作用区分开来 ,把理论和政策、宣传区分开来 。

There are many discussions about distribution problem in academic circles but some views are quite confusing. So it would be helpful for some further discussions and final settlement of the problem if we could clarify and establish some methodological principles theoretically, as, firstly, distinguishing the ways of distribution from its specific realized forms, secondly, distinguishing the nature of things from their historical roles, and finally, theory from policies and the publicity work.
