我国在社会主义市场经济体制的建立与发展过程中,虽然人们开始更多地关注市场、市场机制的作用,很少再提起计划,但其中还是存在将计划与传统体制挂钩的认识问题。随着改革开放步伐的加快,正确理解并恰当地发挥计划在社会主义市场经济运行中的作用,对有效实现政府对宏观经济的调控和微观经济的指导有着极其重要的意义。

Although people begin to pay close attention to the function of market and market system in the course of build-up and development of socialist market economic system, there still exists the problem of understanding the contact between plan and traditional system. With the fast pace of reform, it is very important for the government to understand and make the most of the plan in the operation of socialist market economy. Only in this way,can it effectively control macroeconomy and direct microeconomy.
