摘要
加入WTO是我国改革开放又一新的里程碑,高等教育的使命神圣而崇高,面临观念转变,职能延伸,体制创新,以及遵循市场经济规律和教育自身发展规律,更富深度地培养与开发人力资源,优化人的竞争素质,引导和促进社会的可持续发展与进步。
The entry into WTO is another new milestone of China's reform. The mission of higher education is holy and lofty. Faced with the change of ideas, the extension of functions, bringing forth new ideas in system and following regular pattern of market economy and educational own developing law, higher education should further train and develop human resources, optimize competitive quality, guide and promote social and sustainable development and improvement.
