Evaluating Principle of the New Terms in the Proficiency Test of Standard Chinese Pronunciation

当今的普通话词汇系统中出现了大量的新词新语,大致包括新造词、方言词、外来词、港台词、缩略语等类别。关于这些词语的规范问题,专家学者进行了深入的研究。在普通话水平测试中如何对这些词语进行评判,是一个重要的问题。本文提出了三条评定原则:一是开放(动态)性原则;二是功用(实效)性原则;三是规范(约束)性原则。

Many new terms have come into being in the present standard Chinese,which include newlycreated words,dialects,foreign words,Hongkong and Taiwan words and abbreviations,Experts and Scholars have made a thorough study on the standardization of these words and expressions. This paper gives three principles of evaluating them dynamic,functional and normal principles.
