摘要
通过对装甲装备和其它武器装备动用制度的对比分析与探讨，提出了改进装甲新装备动用制度的初步设想。
Based on the comparison between and analysis of the armored equipment and other armament, this paper puts forward some methods of improving the current system of using new armored equipment.
