摘要
装甲装备动用制度是装备管理工作的核心,动用制度的好坏直接关系到装备的战备完好率、寿命周期费用,以及战斗力的形成.通过对现行装备动用制度进行研究分析,提出了装甲装备动用制度改革的基本思路,并进行了可行性论证.
The employment system of armored equipment is the key factor of the equipment management. Its efficiency has great effect on the combat readiness rate, life cycle cost, and battle effectiveness. Through the analysis and research of the active employment system, this paper puts forward the basic idea of the ESAE reform, and carries out the feasibility argumentation.
