论述了我院金工实习教学改革的目标、性质和任务,探讨了在金工实习教学中建立"以学员为主体、以教员为主导"的教学新模式.着重阐述了向工程训练转化的金工实习教改思路.制定了一套实施方案,并对此方案的实现途径和运作模式进行了探讨.

This paper discusses the goal, nature and tasks of reform of metalworking practice. It produces a new teaching mode of 'taking the students as the principal body and the teachers as the leading factor'. It particularly explains the transition of metalworking practice to engineering training and puts forward a set of implementation program. It also discusses the way to put this program into effect and the mode of its operation.
