Scientifically Manage the Teaching Staff According to Their Working Characteristics

通过科学分析教员队伍的工作特点,探索教员队伍管理的规律,结合本系实际,提出采取"4种形象"教育,以教育为主,以调动积极性为主,以发挥教员主观能动性为主,建设一直政治合格、思想稳定、年龄和知识结构合理、具有较高教学和科研能力的教员队伍的改革措施.

Through scientific analysis of the working characteristics of the teachers and exploration of the laws of management of the teaching staff and in light of the actual situations of the department, the authors propose the,'4 images' education which focuses on arousing the enthusiasm of the teachers and giving full play to the their subjective initiative, aiming at building a politically qualified and stable teaching staff with rational age and knowledge structures and greater teaching and research abilities.
