摘要
分析了石油钻杆接头螺纹数控修复加工的关键问题.提出了工件的寻位算法和加工余量的自动分配方法,介绍了刀具路径的动态校正方法,解决了工件不定位的情况下进行数控加工的问题.在此基础上,建立了石油钻杆接头螺纹的数控修复加工系统.
It is analyzed the key problems in the repair of threads on rotary shouldered connections for petroleum industry by NC repair machining and presented the recognition algorithm of workpiece position and the automatic apportioning method of machining allowance. The dynamic correction method of tool path was introduced, and the problem of NC machining, while the workpiece was not located, was solved. On the basis of them, sets up a NC repair machining system of threads on rotary shouldered connections for petroleum industry.
