摘要
通过对学院现代化教学手段建设现状的剖析,指出了现代化教学手段建设中存在的一些思想认识上的误区、教员参与积极性不高和组织管理方面的问题;分析了发展学院现代化教学手段建设的关键问题:观念转变、激励机制和组织保障;提出了发展学院现代化教学手段建设的若干建议.
Some wrong ideas in the building of modem teaching methods are pointed out through a detailed analysis on its current situation in our institute. The participation of teachers and management are not satisfied. The key issues are idea change, inspiration mechanism and organizing guarantee.
