摘要
利用超临界CO2萃取技术对小麦胚芽油的制取工艺参数进行了研究,主要对诸因素中的温度、压力、CO2流量、时间进行了探索,确定出较适宜的萃取工艺参数和条件。结果表明:在此工艺参数和条件下,超临界CO2萃取所得的胚芽油产品品质及产量远远优于溶剂浸出法。
The process method and process parameter in wheat-embryo-bud oil by super- critical CO2 fluid extraction technology, and temperatures, pressure, CO2 flow, process time were studied. The better process parameters and condition in the extraction technology were determined. The results showed that the super- critical CO2 fluid extraction technology is more simple and convenience, and the method is better than solvent extraction in quality and quantity.
