摘要
对不同感病程度、不同接种时间的绿豆叶片取样, 并对其过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性进行了测定。结果表明:绿豆感病后这3种酶活性的变化均呈先上升后下降的趋势,PO和PAL活性在接种第4d达到最高峰,而PPO活性在接种第4d达到最高峰。
In the research, the leaves of mungbean with difference susceptivity and inoculating period were collected, then the activities of PO, PPO, and PAL were tested. The results showed that after mungbeans inoculated, the three enzymes all display the trend to first increase and then decrease. The activities of PO and PAL gets to the summit on the forth inoculated day, however that of PPO does on the fifth inoculated day.
