谷物脱粒与分离试验计算机数据采集与监控系统研制

摘要 利用基于ISA总线的定时计数器板卡PC-6503,模拟量输入/数字量输出接口卡PC-6310D, 开关量输入/输出板卡PC-6407,PC-6001继电器输出板,及温湿度传感器、位移传感器、转矩和转速传感器与微机组成谷物脱粒与分离试验数据采集与监控系统,并利用MCGS组态软件开发出具有良好人机界面的脱粒与分离试验数据采集及过程监控软件。 The boards based on ISA bus such as timing and counter board PC -6503, the simulation signal input interface board PC-6310D, the on-off parameters input and out put board PC-6407, the relay output board PC-6001, and the temperature and humidity sensors, displacement sensor, torque and rotate speed sensor, and microcomputer were adopted to make up of the computer data acquisition and supervisory control system for threshing and separating examination. In which, the MCGS integrated software having friend man to machine interface was used to develop the software of the computer data acquisition and supervisory control system for threshing and separating examination.
