鹿衔草化学成分的再研究

STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF PYROLA CALLIANTHA

继鹿衔草化学成分研究 (第一报 )之后 ,又从鹿衔草 (PyrolacallianthaH .Andres)的全草中分离得到多个化合物 ,经理化分析和波谱分析 ,确定了其中 6个化合物的结构为 :2″ O 没食子酰基金丝桃苷(2″ O galloylhyperin ,Ⅰ ) ,金丝桃苷 (hyperin ,Ⅱ ) ,高熊果酚苷 (homoarbutin ,Ⅲ ) ,羟基肾叶鹿蹄草苷 (hy droxylrenifolin ,Ⅳ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (β Sitosterol,Ⅴ ) ,熊果酸 (Ursolicacid ,Ⅵ ) ,其中化合物 5、6为首次从鹿衔草(PyrolacallianthaH .Andres)

Several compounds were isolated from the hole herb of Pyrola calliantha H.Andres.On the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data,six of them were identified as 2″-O-galloylhyperin(Ⅰ),hyperin(Ⅱ),homoarbutin(Ⅲ),hydroxylrenifolin(Ⅳ),β-Sitosterol(Ⅴ),Ursolic acid(Ⅵ).Compound Ⅴ and Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
