野甘菊中小白菊内酯的超临界流体色谱测定

DETERMINATION OF PARTHENOLIDE IN FEVERFEW USING SUPERCRITICAL FLUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

用超临界流体色谱法分析野甘菊中小白菊内酯时 ,具有很好的精密度和线性关系 ,其保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为 2 6 7%和 0 70 % ,相关系数为 0 9996。样品经甲醇提取后直接进样分析 ,并在 3min内完成 。

Determination of parthenolide in feverfew by SFC was studied in this paper.The precision and linearity of the detector response were excellent,the RSD were 2.67% and 0.70% respectively for retention time and peak area,the value of correlation coeffcient(r 2)was 0.9996.The sample was determined directly after it was extracted with CH 3OH,and it was finished within 3 minutes.This method could be used to analyse parthenolide in feverfew rapidly.
