摘要
继前文鉴定的七个泽泻醇类成分后 ,又从泽泻中分离、鉴定出六个三萜成分 ,其中 11 乙酰 2 5 脱水泽泻醇A(2 5 anhydroalisolA 11 acetate,Ⅳ )、2 4 乙酰 2 5 脱水泽泻醇A (2 5 anhydroalisolA 2 4 ac etate ,Ⅴ )为新化合物 ,新泽泻醇 (neoalisol,Ⅵ )为新天然产物 ,其它已知成分是泽泻醇A(alisolA ,Ⅰ )、2 4 乙酰泽泻醇A(alisolA 2 4 acetate ,Ⅱ )、2 5 脱水泽泻醇A(2 5 anhydroalisolA ,Ⅲ )。
From dried tuber of Alisma orientalis Juzep.collected in Sichuan Province,China,two novel triterpenes,25 anhydroalisol A 11 acetate(Ⅳ),25 anhydroalisol A 24 acetate(Ⅴ)were isolated.On the basis of spectral analysis,their structures were elucidated as 23,24 dihydroxy 11 β acetoxy protost 13(17),25(26) dien 3 one and 11 β,23 dihydroxy 24 acetoxy protost 13(17),25(26) dien 3 one.A novel natural product named neoalisol(Ⅵ),the same structure as the compound of electrochemical transformation of alisol A,was identified as 17 β,23 β epoxy 11 β,24,25 trihydroxy protost 12(13) en 3 one.Alisol A(Ⅰ),alisol A 24 acetate*Ⅱ)and 25 anhydroalisol A(Ⅲ)were also isolated from this plant.
