摘要
首次报道了贵州省慈竹叶精油化学成分的研究。竹叶精油提取率为 0 2 %。用气相色谱 -质谱 (GC/MS)联用仪分离出 87个化合物 ,确认了其中 2 4个 ,主要芳香物质为C5～C8的含氧化合物。
It's the first report about the studies on the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Sinocalamus affinis(Rendle)Mc-Clure leaves.The volatile oil content of bamboo leaves is 0 2%.87 Compounds were detected out,24 compounds were identified and their structures were determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Most of the fragrance components are C 5-C 8 oxy-compounds.
