摘要
详细介绍了利用 Ncar绘图软件包 ,绘制概念预测模型预报点聚图的过程 。
It is introduced in detail in this paper how to use NCAR system to draw scatter diagram of conceptual prediction model. All source program code is listed in this paper. Key words: NCAR;conceptual prediction model;drawaper incorporates many kinds of teaching media: teaching philosophy, teaching environment, means of teaching and teaching methods, etc, into a compound teaching system. This teaching system is not the simple combination of several media, but an integer in which many kinds of teaching and learning media are incorporated organically. So it is a new teaching form. This paper deals with the composition and realization of this teaching system.
