Application of The BP Neural Network in Fault Diagnosis of Dosing System

利用BP神经网络的自适应、自学习和对非线性系统超强的分析能力等特点,将其应用到橡胶配料系统中,有效的实现了配料系统的故障诊断,填补了国内在配料系统故障诊断应用上的空白,对其他行业也有一定借鉴作用。

BP neural network has the abilities of self-adaption,self-learning and good analysis of nonlinear systems,etc.. Applying BP neural network in dosing system can realize the fault diagnosis,filling in the gaps in fault diagnosis of dosing system of China. The strategy proposed in this paper also can serve as a guide and reference to dosing system in other industries.
