Reform Electronic Control System of Prime Line Based on Industry Ethernet PROFINET

本文介绍了采用工业以太网(PROFINET)革新使用现场总线完成制丝线系统控制的方法。文章分析了原有控制系统的刚性、功能固定及维护成本高等问题,给出了新系统的设计方案、控制难点的解决方法。通过升级改进,新的制丝线电控系统更柔性化,满足了信息控制一体化的要求,最终提高了卷烟生产的效率。

A method for reforming electronic control system of prime line is introduced,which uses industry Ethernet PROFINET. The problems of inflexible,simple functions and high maintenance cost of the old control mode are alyzed,and new control system plan and resolutiont to control difficulties are provided. Through the upgrading,the new prime line system is more flexible and meanwhile satisfies the requirements of the integrated information system. Therefore the efficiency of the production of cigarettes is finally improved.
