曼聂拖罢(Manitobu)诱虻器诱虻效果现场试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 为了虻科防制和生态学研究的需要,设计制作了曼聂拖罢(Manitobu)诱虻器,于1980年7月至8月在甘肃舟曲沙滩林场和1987年8月在宁夏银川平吉堡沙滩草地先后进行了现场诱虻效果试验研究。方法 选择虻科密度较高的两个不同生境的试验现场,设试验组和对照组,从早上8:00时开始至下午18:00时结束,作对比试验研究,遇风雨天气顺延。结果 第一试验场地试验,铝板诱集比棉布、塑料布诱集效果好,而铝板粘捕为第二位;第二试验场地试验,铝板诱集接近小白鼠的诱集效果,鸡的诱集效果居第三位。空白对照共作10次诱集,均未诱集到虻种。结论 通过两个不同试验场地的试验研究结果显示,曼聂拖罢诱虻器有较好的诱虻效果,其特点是构造简单,使用方便,容易推广,在测量虻的数量时能排除人的影响,易标准化,故有继续深入试验研究的价值。 Gadflies, not only harassing People and livestock, but also disseminating many zoono-ses,are the important kind of medical insects. For the demands of prevention and ecological study, Manitobu device was designed according to the blacktxis as gadflies entering luring device. The luring effect was respectively observed during July and August 1980 in Zhouqu forestfield of Gansu and in August 1987 on the sand and grass land in Pingjipu of Yinchuan. METHODS Device of luring gadfly consists of collecting device, plastic tunnel of tripodal frame and bait(aluminum plate, cotton cloth, plastic film, mouse and chicken) (illustration) . Two different ecological test fields with high density of gadfly were selected, and test group and control group were designed. Tests started at 8:00 a. m. and ended at 6:00 p. m. ,the tests were prolonged when there were wind and rain. RESULTS The result from the first group of the first test field: 267 gadflies were trapped by aluminum plate lure trap for 9 times, 150 gadflies were trapped by aluminum plate adherence trap for 9 times; 5 gadflies were trapped by cotton cloth lure trap for 9 times. The results from the second group of the first test field: 89 gadflies were trapped by aluminum plate lure trap for 6 times,23 gadflies were trapped byplastic film lure trap for 6 times,The result from the third group of first test field: 21 gadflies were trapped by aluminum plate lure trap for 6 times, no gadflies were trapped in control group. The results initially indicate: Aluminum plate lure trap is better than cotton cloth and plastic film lure trap, aluminum plate adherence trap is less than aluminum plate lure trap. The result from the first group of the second test field: 79 gadflies were trapped by aluminum plate lure trap for 3 times, 87 gadflies were trapped by mice(10) lure trap for 3 times,no gadfly was trapped in control group. The results from the second group of the second test fiele: 22 gadflies were trapped by chicken lure trap for 1 time,no gadfly was trapped in control group. The results show that aluminum plate lure trap is similar to mice lure trap, chicken lure trap is less than aluminum plate lure trap and aluminum plate adherence trap. No gadfly was trapped in control tests which were conducted for 10 times. CONCLUSION Manitobu device has a better effect of luring gadflies, its structure is simple and easy to use and popularize. This device can remove the man - made influence in measuring the numbers of gadflies in preventive and ecological studies,it deserves to be studies further.
